Olympian Complex
This is a combined holiday and permanent residence, within a private estate. Designed to accommodate studio, plus two, and three, bedroom dwellings. Ideally positioned within Kato Paphos, but although close to all the tourist amenities this complex is set back from the busy areas dedicated to tourism and, is in its own right a quiet almost tranquil backwater, with its own swimming pool and patio, yet is within walking distance of our top hotels, restaurants, and of course the well appointed public beach areas. |

Olympus complex is one of the largest combinations of shopping center and residential area. It consists of 56 shops and 80 residential dwellings.
It offered a great investing opportunity to our clients who benefited from the rise in prices and the further development of this area. |
Paphos Villas

The Coral Star Shopping Center is one of the largest shopping centers in the Coral Bay area consisting of 32 shops, two restaurants, and eight apartments.
It has been proved the most prestigious business center of the area with numerous, very successful retail shops, banks, restaurants, and bars.
